Vintage Art Deco 1920's Carter, Stabler, Adams Poole Vase

Tiny rub on the base edge that i have checked under loop and it a production blemish but small. No chips or cracks and good glaze. Either Nellie Bishton or Winifred Rose. Both have very similar marks.
