Antique Arts & Crafts MECHANICS INSTITUTE POTTERY VASE Walrath Studio Rochester

This fine antique Arts & Crafts pottery vase was a product of the Frederick Walrath studio of the Mechanics Institute in Rochester, NY in 1910, and is signed ELS. The vase is a little over 15 tall, and is a lovely slate blue color with a pine cone and pine needle motif in Walrath's signature style of glazing.

While the vase is free of post-production damage i. There are no chips or cracks, the glaze is uneven and spotted in places, which is shown in the photographs.
